Diagram Ventures is currently hiring for their Summer 2026 internship program and will be hosting an in-person information session at Ivey on Thursday October 2nd at 6:30PM in the Ivey building room 2115.

Diagram is a Venture Builder and Investor with over $400M in assets under management, specializing in launching and scaling ventures in Fintech and ClimateTech. Since 2016, Diagram has collaborated with exceptional founders to launch and invest in more than 35 ventures, combining access to capital, hands-on support, and a deep ecosystem of partners to catalyze the growth of world-changing companies.

Diagram has two different strategies in place to deploy capital:

1. Venture Builder: They ideate, derisk, and launch ventures from scratch. This includes everything from developing a thesis on a problem space, testing different solutions, identifying first customers, assembling a founding team, and securing early stage venture funding.

2. Venture Investor: Founders come to Diagram to pitch for capital. They invest in early stage companies that align with the fund’s strategy.

There are open positions on the Venture Creation team and the Venture Investment team. Positions are either based in Montreal or Toronto.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing investment theses and perspectives on opportunity areas;

• Generating and pitch new venture ideas;

• Conducting user and market research, performing market sizing, analyzing competitive landscape, assessing business models and unit economics to evaluate potential ideas;

• Creating pitch decks and investment memos
