IVCC’s Qualitative Diligence Educational

Interested in taking your VC skills to the next level? We’d like to invite you to join our Qualitative Diligence Educational where we’ll teach you the ins and outs of qualitative VC concepts!

This is a great opportunity to develop your qualitative venture capital skills - skills that will come in handy during recruiting season. As an applicant, it’s important to know how to assess startups, founders, market trends, and other essential factors that go beyond just the numbers.

Diagram Ventures Internship Information Session

The Ivey Venture Capital Club executive team is thrilled to offer an information session with Diagram Ventures, a venture builder and venture investor in the Fintech, ClimateTech, and Web3 Industries with over $350M in AUM.

They are targeting students in 3rd year or above, but we also encourage first and second years to apply as well — irregardless, this is a great opportunity for you to get ahead and network with a future employer! Diagram is offering internship roles with the intent to convert to full-time positions.

The event will be hosted tomorrow, Wednesday, November 13th, 5:30pm Eastern Time in Room 1230 at The Ivey Building.

Janet Bannister Fireside Chat

This week, we’re thrilled to welcome Janet Bannister to the Ivey Venture Capital Club in-person at Ivey! Janet has been at the forefront of the VC scene in Canada as a managing partner at Staircase Ventures and the Founder of Kijiji.ca, Canada’s largest online marketplace.

As an HBA Graduate, Janet started in early roles at P&G, McKinsey & Co., eBay and has since crafted one of the most successful stories to come out of Canada!
