White Star Capital is hiring for their Winter 2026 internship program.

White Star Capital (“WSC”) is a global investment firm with approximately US$2.0B in assets under management and offices in London, New York City, Paris, Montréal, Toronto, Guernsey, Tokyo, and Singapore. The firm is currently deploying its fourth flagship fund, a generalist venture vehicle with a particular focus on technology and consumer businesses. The firm operates as a lean team, creating outsized opportunities to learn, take ownership, and collaborate closely with investors and founders. The portfolio spans 190+ investments, including notable companies such as Vention, Butternut Box, Seyna, and Freshly.

As a Winter Analyst on the NA Early Growth Investment Team, you will work closely with Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Partners, and contribute across the full venture lifecycle. This is a high-ownership, high-pace role designed to develop investment judgment, research rigor, and founder empathy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Research & Investment Diligence: Perform pre/post-term sheet due diligence, analyzing and sizing the total addressable market, competitive landscape, product, technology, management team, unit-ec0nomics, financial model, and exit considerations

• Limited Partner Support: Prepare monthly/quarterly presentations for White Star Capital’s LPs to keep them informed and up to date on recent investments, dealflow, portfolio companies, and market trends

• Portfolio Support: Advise portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and GTM and funding strategies

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (business, engineering, computer science, economics, or related)

• Eligibility to work in Canada during Jan–May 2026 (Toronto or Montréal)

• Ability to speak in French is required for the Montréal office; not required for Toronto

• Available full-time onsite during the duration of the program
